PACHA HOT SAUCE STARTED WITH A FAMILY RECIPE FROM PERU THAT MIGRATED TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. PACHA IS HANDCRAFTED WITH PREMIUM ALL-NATURAL INGREDIENTS AND USES PEPPERS FROM THE ANDES OF PERU WHICH HAVE BEEN CULTIVATED FOR OVER 7000 YEARS.

Here comes my starting set of Pacha Hot Sauce. Version one very mild but excellent, version two more my favorite… with a special touch of chili and just the right hot sauce to start with.

Iam looking now for some more varieties and its always interesting to see where is your limit of chili – How spicy can you go?
